Terms of Service
Effective 7 July 2026 · Kratt Labs OÜ
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
These terms are an agreement between you and Kratt Labs OÜ, an Estonian private limited company ("Kratt", "we"), and govern your use of the Kratt services: the assistant and app suite at chat.krattlabs.eu, Kratt Code, and this website. By creating an account or using the services you accept these terms. Questions: krattlabs@proton.me.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Kratt.
- Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.
- One person per account. You may not sell, rent or share access to the underlying AI service.
3. Acceptable use
Use Kratt lawfully and decently. In particular, you may not:
- use it for anything illegal, or to harm, harass, defraud or exploit others;
- send spam or bulk unsolicited email through Kratt's email features;
- attempt to breach, probe or overload our systems, or to circumvent plan limits;
- use the services to develop competing models, or resell programmatic access to them;
- generate content that violates the usage policies of our AI providers (e.g. malware, CSAM, instructions for weapons).
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with notice where practicable.
4. Plans, limits and fair use
Every plan covers the whole suite with generous usage limits shown at purchase. Prices include VAT. We meter compute usage to enforce limits and may temporarily throttle extreme usage to protect the service for everyone. Kratt is currently in beta: features may change, and we may adjust plans with reasonable notice.
5. Your content
Your content stays yours. You grant us only the license needed to operate the service: storing your data, transmitting conversation content to our AI processors to generate replies, and sending email you ask Kratt to send. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
6. AI output: important disclaimer
Kratt's replies are generated by AI and can be wrong, incomplete or outdated. They are not medical, legal, financial or other professional advice. Verify anything important before acting on it. Kratt Code edits files and runs commands that you approve, review changes before approving them and keep your own copies of critical work; you are responsible for what you approve.
7. Availability and warranty
We work hard to keep Kratt fast and available, and we keep encrypted backups, but during beta the service is provided "as is", without warranties or an uptime guarantee. Keep independent copies of data you cannot afford to lose.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
9. Ending the relationship
You can stop using Kratt and delete your account at any time (Account → Delete my account), which erases your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may terminate accounts for material breach of these terms; where practicable we will warn you first so you can export your data.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes are resolved by the Estonian courts, unless mandatory consumer protection law of your country of residence provides otherwise.
11. Changes
If we make material changes to these terms, we will notify you in the app before they take effect. Continued use after that means you accept the updated terms.
